TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 1. Eligibility:

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdictions.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of “The Other Place” are not eligible to participate.
• The campaign is open to residents worldwide, except where prohibited by local law.

 2. Campaign Duration:

• The campaign commences on September 11, 2023 and concludes on November 11, 2023. Entries received outside of this timeframe will be considered void.

3. Entry Procedure:

• Eligibility necessitates adherence to each step delineated in the campaign guidelines.
• Participants who submit multiple entries or use fraudulent methods to amplify shares may be disqualified.
• Every user, creator, or individual seeking promotional benefits, identified by a unique wallet address and associated email, is entitled to participate only once in the campaign. Such participants can create one singular collection and are permitted a single instance of free minting. Any attempts to circumvent this limitation by using multiple wallet addresses, emails, or any fraudulent means will result in immediate disqualification from the campaign and potential forfeiture of any benefits acquired.

4. Perks for the first 500 users:

• The first 500 participants to successfully register on the platform will be rewarded as specified.
• Users are mandated to ensure that registration details are genuine. Deceptive or redundant registrations risk disqualification.

 5. Reach & Win Rules:

• All shares must be set to public to enable proper verification.
• Use of multiple accounts for sharing or engagement is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
• Only the shares executed within the stipulated campaign dates will be deemed valid.

6. NFT Originality & Intellectual Property:

• All NFTs minted through this campaign are proprietary, with copyrights vested in “The Other Place.”
• Unauthorized replication, modification, distribution, or commercial use of the NFTs is strictly prohibited.
• Breach of the originality or unauthorized use of the NFTs will result in immediate disqualification and may invite legal proceedings for copyright infringement.

7. Prize Distribution:

• The 1,000 USDT prize winners will be chosen at random from those who achieve the maximum sharing criteria.
• Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and void where prohibited.
• Winners will be intimated through the email address provided during registration or the respective sharing platform’s direct messaging feature.

8. Data Protection & Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the campaign will solely serve the campaign’s operational needs.
• “The Other Place” pledges not to disclose such data to third parties without explicit consent, respecting user privacy rights.

9. General Provisions:

• “The Other Place” retains the prerogative to alter or amend these terms without preliminary notification. Such modifications will be disseminated via our official channels.
• Participants in violation of these terms may face immediate disqualification at the discretion of “The Other Place.”

10. Limitation of Liability:

• “The Other Place” absolves itself of any liability related to technical mishaps, data loss, or consequential damages stemming from campaign participation.
• Participants, by engaging, exonerate “The Other Place” and its associates (NEST) from any liability resultant from campaign participation or from accepting and utilizing the rewards.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction:

• The campaign terms are governed by the legal framework of [Insert Country/State]. Participants accede to the exclusive jurisdiction of its legal courts in case of disputes.

12. Marketing & Promotional Rights:

• By participating in this campaign and minting NFTs, all participants grant “The Other Place” and “NestTech” marketing teams the unequivocal right to utilize the visual representation of their NFTs in any promotional, marketing, or advertising material. This permission is irrevocable and extends to all forms of media, whether now known or later developed. The owners of the NFTs will not be notified or consulted, nor will they be entitled to any compensation or attribution for such use.
